How are you preparing for NUOVA’s program?

  • I have been preparing for Opera NUOVA by watching and listening to recordings of the original Broadway cast of Into the Woods, and doing research about the history of the show. Into the Woods is one of my favourite musicals, so I began my preparation as soon as I found out I was cast as Cinderella! I am thrilled to be a part of the Young Artist Program in Opera NUOVA's 20th Anniversary Season. The high caliber of performance and training offered at Opera NUOVA is unmatched anywhere else in Canada. I am really looking forward to learning from an incredible faculty and networking with fellow emerging artists from all over the country.
