Bursary / Scholarship Application Form

Please complete the following form in full. In addition, please attach the following documents where instructed:

  • A Letter of Rationale to support your request for financial assistance. Outline your financial need (specific information will assist the committee in making its decision) and artistic aspirations. In your letter you should make note of important information regarding accumulated debt (student loans, credit card debt etc.) AND provide information regarding parental funding support and your present employment information.
  • A Budget listing expenses that will be incurred if you are accepted into the Opera NUOVA program AND revenue which will balance off existing expenses.

Incomplete applications will not be processed.
