Group Biography:The Kautz Family Christmas Sing-Along has become an annual tradition in mid-December ever since the Edmonton Women’s Newcomer Club invited us to offer a musical journey of remembering the message and heart behind the season with beloved Christmas songs at their Christmas banquet, 5 years ago. Of course, this wasn’t the beginning of music in the family. I, Justin, grew up in a home filled with beautiful piano playing by my mother; my Grandmother–a lifelong keyboard/accordion performer and singer–on my mother’s side always invited us to share music whenever we had large family gatherings and feasts. From our hearts to yours, this Christmas, we are delighted to share a little bit of our family love for Christ and Christmas with a few of our favourite songs. We hope to bring you a little peace, a little hope, and a little joy as we all go through this painfully separated season of prioritizing health and safety over traditional gatherings.
