Driving Information & Mileage Sheet

We will post the driving assignments on this page.

If you wish to commit to being on the roster of company drivers NUOVA please do so at Orientation. NUOVA Drivers will be reimbursed for mileage and use of their vehicle when proper tracking is submitted AND they are assigned to drive by NUOVA.

Parking is free at the King’s University campus and residence. Please park behind King’s (The East side) – all spaces are available for our use.

Opera NUOVA Mileage Reimbursement Rules and Regulations

NUOVA will only reimburse drivers for the use of their vehicles when it has been officially scheduled.

NUOVA will only reimburse drivers who submit Mileage Records with accurate mileage recordings. (No Google Maps estimates allowed.)

Drivers must fill in the forms completely; including starting odometer readings and ending odometer readings; and all the passengers named.

Drivers who ride in the NUOVA van can redeem mileage on their own forms for that trip. If scheduled to ride in NUOVA van, please mark on this sheet.

Mileage cannot be claimed for trips to/and from Kings for regular classes or rehearsals; personal trips or outings; or group trips that are unscheduled by NUOVA.

Scheduled drivers must take passengers to their assigned venues and back to King's (or original starting point). No one way trips will be reimbursed.

Your vehicle will be filled to capacity, whenever possible.

Not all drivers will be schedules for all trips.

Be a responsible driver. No distracted driving. No impaired driving. You represent NUOVA when you drive your classmates.

You must call you insurance companies to notify them you are driving classmates for class trips.
Some insurers may add a charge to your premiums. Insurance companies may ask you the frequency and the estimated mileage. You may be scheduled to drive 1-2 times per week, for an estimated total of 200 km.
