Although we may not be able to gather in person, we can keep music in our hearts this holiday season and connect with loved ones from afar with our concert series, From Heart to Home.
How to give From Heart to Home as a gift
Select the number of accesses you’d like to purchase for From Heart to Home. Keep in mind that each access is good for an entire household watching the production on a single device.
Locate the email address of the person or people you want to send the gift to.
Log in to the Showpass account you used to purchase the tickets.
Once logged in, click your username in the top right corner and select Purchases from the dropdown menu.
At the bottom of the menu on the left hand side of the screen you will see a tab with an arrow and the word Transfer. Click that link.
If you are on a phone or using the mobile app, you will need to click the icon with 3 horizontal bars icon beside the search bar. Then click Transfer from the dropdown list. (Before your first transfer you may recieve an SMS or text message, asking you to verify your account.)
On the Transfer page, you can scroll or search for your order of From Heart to Home
Once you have located the order containing the tickets (accesses) you want to transfer, click Select Items and it will display a list of each of the items in your order.
Select one item at a time by clicking the box beside the item. A red checkmark will appear.
When an item is selected a blue button with the words SELECT RECIPIENT will appear in the left side menu under Transfer.
Click the blue Select Recipient button and enter the email address for your gift recipient in the Email field.
***NOTE: PLEASE TAKE CARE TO ENTER YOUR RECIPIENT’S EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECTLY. TICKETS CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED ONCE.***
Review your transfer items, double check the spelling of the recipient’s email address and click Send Transfer.
What happens from here?
Your recipient will receive an email from Showpass letting them know of the transfer and asking them to accept it.
You may wish to send your gift recipient(s) a personal email explaining that they will be receiving an email from Showpass.com. The transfer email contains a warning about Consumer Safety and the possibility of fraudulent tickets. Please reassure your gift recipient that you have sent these tickets as a gift, they are legitimate, and they can click the link below safely to accept the transfer.
If they do not have one already, they will need to create a Showpass account to be able to transfer the tickets and access the production.
Once they accept you will receive an email letting you know the transfer is complete.
Once all items have been transferred, you’ll see the message ‘No tickets to transfer’ on the order.

Please Note: You will need to have the email address(es) of the gift recipient(s) on hand when you call the box office. Please have this information ready.
