I am preparing for NUOVA's program by listening to her teacher's advice very carefully. She is also preparing by working closely with a collaborative pianist to fully embody the Baroque style of Monteverdi.

I am attracted to NUOVA's program because I wish to experience learning Opera with a large group of like minded teachers, pianists, and singers. I am excited to learn from the faculty and to make connections within the Opera community.  This year is extremely important because I will be finishing my BMUS in vocal performance, and will have a chance to solidify what I've learned in my tenure as a student.
