Lyrical Scenes in 3 Acts: To escape the monotony of the city, a Russian aristocrat goes into the countryside. Presented with the young beauty Tatiana, Onegin soon falls in lust, while she, in return falls in love. Her sister, Olga is courted by their neighbour Lenski, a friend of Onegin. When Onegin does not return Tatiana’s affections, she turns to another, while tragedy befalls her family at the hand of Onegin. This opera will be sung in Russian.
